Class Set-Up Form

If you are interested in teaching a class at Fleeces To Pieces (FTP), please fill out this form. If the class is selected, I will get back with you for scheduling and to determine the final price. Class price will include a $5 admin fee, and price for FTP materials. Instructors will be charged $30/session for use of the room. This charge will be waived if the class price includes FTP materials.
